Sleep

TVs aren't good for your brain. Sometimes you come home from school a number of you guys sit down and watch TV for a while then do your homework later. Some people do their homework straight when you get home. Which one are you? Also some other people start their homework late and have to wake up really early the next day. Maybe they wake up at 5 am or 4 am even. If they have a lot of homework they wake up earlier then they should. If you have to finish a little homework then people wake up later but still earlier then they usually do. It all depends on how much time you choose to waste. Sleep is very important. You go to school and when its bedtime then you should get at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep. You need sleep so the things that you learned in school are processed into your brain so you can remember about those things. If you don't have enough sleep then you could forget what you learned and maybe when everybody is working on something then you forget you would probably ask someone to help. Right? Talk to ya later!

Wow. I'm very impressed with your dedication to posting on your blog. Your comments on sleep and TV were incredible! Very insightful -- you'll have to share that with all of your classmates.

Keep up the good work,

Mr. Woodward
